A product of the Brescia football academy, Andrea Cistana signed a professional contract with the team in 2014.
During the 2016-2017 season, Brescia loaned him to Ciliverghe Mazzano of the Serie D (4th tier). He made a total of 28 Serie D appearances for the club and scored one goal.
Next season, after a solid year in the Serie D, Brescia loaned him to Serie C’s (3th tier) Prato. Cistana appeared in 10 Serie C games during the season.
After that season, Cistana returned to Brescia for the 2018-2019 season. He made his Serie B debut for the club in September 2018. Cistana played a total of 30 games for the club that season, helping it become Serie B champions and get promoted to the Serie A. He made his Serie A debut during the 2019-2020 season and played a total of 21 games. At the end of the season, Brescia was relegated back to Serie B.
