Club career
Club Recreativo Granada (2019-2021)
During his stay with Club Recreativo Granada (Granada II), Aranda scored 6 goals for the club. His debut goal was on 19 January 2020, when he scored against San Fernando CD. The 73-minute goal broke the tie and resulted in a victory for the club.
Having a dry spell for the rest of the season, he went on to carry his team to victory single-handedly against Lorca Deportiva by scoring two goals at minutes 15 and 62. He scored on 20 February 2021 against Real Betis II at 41 minutes. His goal resulted in the team taking the lead and winning the match.
And just before the season was up, he scored the only goal against Recreativo Huelva at the 84-minute mark. This was his last match with Granada II before he was transferred to FC Barcelona Atlètic.
FC Barcelona Atlètic (2021-2023)
Aranda’s career at Barcelona II was even better than his time playing for Club Recreativo Granada. With this club, he scored his debut goal on 10 October 2021, playing against FC Andora. It was his debut goal as well as the opening goal for the match in 27 minutes. His next goal would come two weeks later against Linares Deportivo. Against this club, he opened the match with this 56-minute goal.
After that, on 9 April 2022, he scored a goal at minute 73 against Villarreal II, winning the match for his team. But perhaps the best victory for Barcelona II came on 23 April 2022 against Sanluqueno. Aranda’s club had a flawless 5-0 victory, where he scored the 4th goal in the 77th minute.
His knack for scoring the opening goals happened yet again on 20 November 2022. Against Athletic Club II, he started the match with his goal in 18 minutes. He also broke the stalemate against Real Union on 18 December 2022 by scoring the tiebreaker goal at minute 79.
He scored his final goal with Barcelona II on 13 February 2023 against SD Amorebieta. Once again, he kicked things into action with his 17-minute opening shot.
International Career
Granda CF U19 (2018-2019)
Antonio Aranda started his professional football career alongside his brother Oscar with the Granda CF U19 squad. His time at this club lasted for precisely one year, from 1 July 2018 to 1 July 2019. He didn’t have a remarkable performance during this time, with zero goals from the midfield position.
