There are certainly teething issues with this new-look Brazil side, and that was clear in Tuesday’s 1-1 draw against Colombia. 

Defensively, they looked suspect throughout that clash, and the midfield was broken through on countless occasions, as Colombia registered 13 shots on goal. That is an area that needs to be addressed ahead of this quarterfinal showdown.

His relentless energy could cause countless issues for Brazil on Saturday, and he will likely be at the heart of everything positive that Uruguay are able to do, setting the tone from the front.
