That being said, Nikola Jokić should be able to put in some work down low and form the top of the key, forcing Team USA to rely more on their guards and shooting. With Stephen Curry, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and even Jayson Tatum shooting from beyond the arc, it’ll be hard to slow them down.
Serbia does have a chance going into the game, but it will require a herculean performance by both Jokić and Bogdan Bogdanovic. And unfortunately, adding insult to injury, if either Jokic or Bogdanović manage to have a show-out game, they’ll likely be double-teamed at half-court.

Serbia, on the other hand, doesn’t have the privilege of having multiple all-time greats on the floor at once. Nikola Jokić will likely have to do everything on the court, from getting key boards and blocks to setting up the offense and shooting from beyond the arch.
This increased usage rate should lead the big Serbian to easily score more than 30 points by the end of the match. As long as Jokic isn’t double or triple-teamed every single time he touches the ball, his shooting and ability to make it to the basket should let him put on a scoring showcase.
