The final match of the Scottish domestic season takes place on Sunday, as the final team that will be competing in next season’s SPL is determined. The second leg of the SPL playoffs will be staged at Global Energy Stadium, with Ross County having the crucial home advantage, as they bid to overturn a 2-0 first leg disadvantage.
In truth, everything went against them in that first leg, with Partick Thistle racing into a 2-0 advantage by the half time break. County failed to register a single shot on target in the first match, but an early goal on Sunday would very much put them back in contention.
