This weekend’s match is a repeat of Sean Dyche’s first in charge at Everton, and the club find themselves in a very similar position. The Toffees currently sit in the bottom three places in the Premier League after failing to win in each of their opening four matches. However, Everton did pick up a first point of the season in their most recent fixture.
Everton fell behind in that fixture against Sheffield United on the stroke of half time, but they responded ten minutes into the second half to level the scores. However, a much more controlled performance will be required against the Gunners this weekend.
