If you think that the German Hockey Cup is a hockey battle between German clubs, then you are mistaken. Everything is even more impressive: the Hockey Union of Germany created the tournament, and it has been held annually since 1987 and involves the participation of teams from other countries. This year the host of the tournament will be the city of Krefeld. There will be teams from four countries that have already participated in the games of 2018: Germany, Russia (the Olympic team will go to represent the country), Switzerland, Slovakia. From November 7 to 11, each team will hold three meetings. According to the results of the points earned, the winner will be determined.
