The TNX 22 Foundation is a perfect tool to develop our charitable activities across Africa. Several campaigns were held recently in Kenya and Ghana to improve the quality of life for local communities. Let’s learn more about these initiatives.
Kyaume Primary School Sanitary Project in Kenya
22Bet Kenya and TNX 22 have recently completed a KSh 2.3 million sanitary project at Kyaume Primary School in Wote, Makueni County. The project implementation provided nine modern toilets. It ensured a clean environment for students, teachers, and the community. The event was part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project designed by 22Bet across Africa. Its purpose is to positively impact local communities.
22Bet County Manager Joash Ajuoga was the Project Head. In a ceremony graced by the Betting Control and Licensing Board, he said: “We identified the need that dogged this school for some time. We gave them decent washrooms for girls, boys, and teachers to provide quality facilities. I want to assure Kenyans that ongoing CSR activities will continue. We will emphasize helping the most vulnerable communities around the country.”
Then, it was time for a double blessing for the parents of Kyaume Primary and the entire community. 22Bet Kenya handed over the sanitary project to the school and donated foodstuffs and toiletries to the residents.
Dominic Nzioka, Principal of the School, was delighted about the new ablution block. He said: “Let me sincerely thank 22Bet Kenya for choosing us as one of their beneficiaries. This is a relief for the pupils, teachers, and our visitors.”
Josophina Muli, a village resident, echoed the Principal. She admitted: “This food donation has come in when most of us are struggling to put a meal on the table due to the high cost of living.”
TNX 22 is keen on social responsibility undertaking to give back to the most deserving communities. It is important to note that more charity projects will be commissioned during 2024.
