When a club as successful and storied as Bayern Munich finds itself unable to integrate a record-breaking talent into its first team, it raises questions about both the club’s strategic planning and the developmental environment it offers its young stars.

Mathys Tel has a great chance to develop under immense pressure in the Premier League. However, with clubs such as Manchester United and Arsenal interested in him, Tel has plenty of options to choose from, and this abundance of options shows his undoubted talent.
