Villarreal will certainly be disappointed with their start to the new La Liga season, as the Europa League winners from last season are yet to win a game in the league so far this campaign. However, they are also yet to lose a game, as they have picked up four straight draws to start off their 2021-22 campaign. Elche too the lead in the fixture through Lucas Perez, before were made to pay for a slow start to the second half, as Levante equalised ten minutes after the restart. Still, they would likely be appeased with their start to the new campaign and will be hoping to build on that this weekend.
