Die BayArena, bis 1998 Ulrich-Haberland-Stadion, ist ein zwischen 1956 und 1958 errichtetes Fußballstadion im Stadtteil Küppersteg der nordrhein-westfälischen Großstadt Leverkusen, in dem der Fußball-Bundesligist Bayer 04 Leverkusen seine Heimspiele austrägt. Die Eigentümerin des Stadions ist die Bayer 04 Immobilien GmbH, die wie die Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fußball GmbH eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Bayer AG ist. Betreiber sind Bayer 04 Leverkusen, die Bayer Gastronomie und die Lindner Hotels & Resorts.
