In 2015, Alessio Castro-Montes signed his first professional contract with Sint-Truidense V.V., who had just been promoted to Belgium’s top-flight league, First Division A.
From 2017 to 2019, Castro-Montes played at K.A.S. Eupen. During this time, he made 39 appearances for the team and scored two goals.
On July 1, 2019, Castro-Montes was sold to K.A.A. Gent for €1,200,000. He became a semi-regular starter for his new team.
