Inter defeated Barcelona (4-3) in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals at San Siro, securing a place in the final for the first time in three years. It’s been over a decade since the club claimed the trophy, and it will undoubtedly be coach Simone Inzaghi’s priority.

The agreement also aims to fight against antisemitism, which is why it’s an important step for the club. The understanding was described as a “historical deal” by Gazzetta Dello Sport, Italy’s most-read football newspaper.

Lucca Pellegrini and Mattia Zaccagni are suspended for the game, and Patric will be sidelined due to an injury. Nuno Tavares is still waiting for medical clearance.
