Hacken will welcome visitors Qarabag to the Nya Ullevi grounds for a Europa League clash on Thursday. The match, which kicks off at 19:00 GMT, will be the second Group H outing for the two teams as they look to take control of the group early on.
Hacken bounced back to winning ways in the Allsvenskan when they defeated AIK 2-0 at home and consolidated third place. They are currently in touch with the two sides above them. They are four points behind second-placed IF Elfsborg and five points behind leaders Malmo.
In their opening Europa League group stage match against Leverkusen, they lost 4-0, a comprehensive scoreline away from home that means they are under pressure to start picking points before they are left behind in Group H.
Qarabag warmed up for the trip to Hacken with a dominant showing in a 5-0 thumping of Sumqayit. This was the third consecutive win for Qarabag in the Azerbaijan Premier League, allowing them to pull level on 16 points with leaders Zira.
