Getafe were in excellent form in their most recent match in the competition, as they fought back to secure a 3-2 home win against Celta Vigo. Jaime Mata was the star of the show for the home team on that occasion, as he netted twice. The other goal in the win was netted in the opening 45 minutes by Borja Mayoral.

Villarreal’s record in this fixture could be hard to overlook this week, as the home side have won seven of their last nine against Getafe.
