Toulouse made a more reliable start to Ligue 1 in their opening match of the season, as they recorded a 2-1 win on the road against Nantes. It was a dramatic finish to the match, with Rasmus Nicolaisen netting the winner in the final minute of injury time. However, the visitors looked incredibly sharp in the final third throughout the match.
