A wide-open Group I campaign in EURO qualification continues this weekend, as Switzerland look to maintain their advantage at the top of the standings. They come into this match sitting top of the table on goal difference, but they could yet drop in the standings if they fail to win either of their remaining two matches in the group. 

The Swiss missed a golden opportunity to move clear at the top of the standings on Wednesday evening, as they played out a 1-1 draw against Israel. That result means that their rivals could yet finish in the top two spots in the group. Switzerland took the lead in that fixture after 36 minutes, but they were stunned by their hosts with just two minutes remaining. Their frustrations were evident in the closing stages, as Edimilson Fernandes was sent off.

This is a huge fixture for Kosovo in Group I, as they still have a slim chance of finishing in the top two spots in the group. However, they will need to pick up victories in each of their remaining two matches to stand any chance of earning a spot at the EUROs next summer. 

They come into this match sitting fourth in the standings, but they have reignited their dreams of a place in Germany after landing victories in each of their previous two matches. Their most recent win came on Sunday, as they stunned Israel to earn a 1-0 success. The winning goal was scored five minutes before half time by Milot Rashica.
