Both of their efforts in that win were netted in the second period. Loic Bade opened the scoring ten minutes into the second half, before Suso added a second with 15 minutes of the 90 remaining. 

Villarreal will still have confidence that they can finish the season in a Champions League spot. However, they will need an immediate return to form this weekend if they are to achieve that, as they lost for the first time in five matches last weekend. But, a return to winning ways this weekend could lift them up to fifth and within a point of the Champions League spots. 

They would have been disappointed with their performance last weekend, as they were edged out by Real Valladolid. Villarreal conceded twice in the opening 45 minutes, before Etienne Capoue pulled one back in the final 16 minutes.
