Serbia and Portugal have both been guilty of not starting this EURO 2020 qualification campaign in any kind of form. However, qualification through the group remains a fundamental issue for Serbia. They will need to finish in the top two to make sure of their place in next summer’s Euros. Meanwhile, Portugal has its Nations League success to fall back on if they don’t make the top two.
