Marseille will need to be more consistent on the road if they are to challenge for the title this term, as they have picked up maximum points on their travels on just one occasion in the last seven. They could go their first three away matches at the start of a new season without a win for the first time since 2016-17 this weekend.
PSG have dominated their previous encounters against Marseille, as they have won 22 of the last 29 in all competitions. Furthermore, the Parisians have won 13 of their 15 matches against Marseille at the Parc des Princes.
It has been a rocky start to the new season for PSG, but they built momentum in midweek with a Champions League success against Borussia Dortmund. Their excellent home record in this fixture is challenging to overlook, meaning that the most likely outcome on Sunday is a victory for PSG.
