The hosts come into this match having failed to win in their previous four in Ligue 1. Furthermore, they have suffered defeats in each of their last two matches in the competition. Their most recent defeat was suffered last Sunday, as they slipped to a late 2-1 loss on the road against Strasbourg.
This will be the first Ligue 1 meeting between these sides since May 2009. On that occasion, the points were shared following a 0-0 draw. Nice’s most recent success against Le Havre was a 1-0 win in the Coupe de la Ligue in January 2009.
