On July 30th, Thx22, the charitable arm of 22Bet Africa, joined hands with the Immaculate and Adhoch Foundation to launch a Basketball court at Malele Mixed Secondary School in Siaya County, Kenya.
22Bet’s brand ambassador, Khaligraph Jones, presided over the event and imparted some words of encouragement to the students and members of the local community in attendance. Jones, an award-winning rapper with a local and continental loyal following, was proud to represent the Thx22 Foundation in uplifting a community near his rural home. Additionally, the Thx22 Foundation donated sports equipment, school supplies, and textbooks to the school.
After the launch ceremony, the students christened the court with opening matches, with the winners and standout talents awarded for their efforts. The event was a certified slam-dunk success and is part of the Thx Foundation’s mission to support local sports and culture by enabling talent development through infrastructure development and talent support.
22Bet is committed to supporting communities around the continent, mainly in sports, education, and infrastructure. This is a part of its corporate social responsibility as Thx22 Foundation seeks to lend its support to impactful projects that seek to uplift communities.
