Juventus vs Inter Prediction: Coppa Italia Match on 04.04.2023

Juventus and Inter Milan will go head-to-head in the Coppa Italia semi-final at the Allianz Stadium on Tuesday at 19:00 GMT.

The two sides met two weekends ago at the San Siro, with Juventus coming out on top with a 0-1 win in a match that saw two red cards, one for either team.

The sides will renew their rivalry in this two-legged fixture, with Juventus looking to make the most use of their home advantage before traveling to Milan for the second leg.

Key Highlights

Juventus’ Upturn in Form

Massimiliano Allegri and his Juventus charges have stepped up their form in the run-in as they have recovered from the points deduction to sit seventh on the table, just six points behind fourth-placed Inter, with 10 matches remaining in Serie A.

Juventus have won their last three consecutive matches, highlighting their current confidence and good form as the business end of the season approaches. In their last five outings in Serie A, Allegri’s men have won four matches and lost once.

The 12 points out of the available 15 have propelled them up the table and bolstered their chances of challenging for the Champions League spot come the end of the season.

They will be looking to leverage this form in the Coppa Italia semi-final clash against Inter on Tuesday as they bid to take a commanding lead before the second leg at the San Siro.

Inter’s Slump in Serie A

Simone Inzaghi has seen his side slide into a run of three consecutive defeats in Serie A. In their last five assignments in Serie A, the Nerazzurri have won just once and lost the other four.

The run of three points out of the available fifteen has seen Inzaghi and his men fall off the title race and drop to fourth on the table, level on points with 5th-placed Roma and just two points ahead of 6th-placed Atalanta.

Simone Inzaghi and his men will be looking to bounce back to winning form when they visit the Allianz stadium to face the Bianconeri on Tuesday. The 0-1 defeat to Juventus two weeks ago will be in the minds of Inter players when they step out onto the Allianz Stadium turf on Tuesday.
