Manchester United will face Manchester City.
And the second semi-final is between Leicester City and Aston Villa.
The first leg of the semi-finals will take place on January 7th, 2020, with the second legs to follow on January 28th, 2020.
The final of the EFL Cup 2019/20 season will be held at Wembley on February 24th.
