[banner][/banner]     Three points will be pivotal for both sides; Tottenham need the three points to keep themselves inside the top four, while Everton need the three points to keep themselves away from the relegation zone.

Key Highlights

Everton’s Survival Prospects

Sean Dyche has been instrumental in Everton’s upturn in form since he took the hot seat at Goodison Park. The Toffees have been robust in their defense and organization. Their midfield has been quick to the tackle, blocking, and closing down.   The team have also been up to the physical side of the game; they have displayed aggression and passion in their performances, including the last-minute equalizer at Stamford Bridge that earned them a point before the international break. Sean Dyche will hope that this upturn in form and attitude in his squad will continue this weekend when they welcome Tottenham to Goodison Park. Three points will be massive for Everton’s survival prospects. The general trajectory shows that Everton are in good form and that they have the tools to avoid relegation under Sean Dyche.

Tottenham’s Top Four Prospects

The news from Tottenham has not been positive since the absorbing 3-3 draw at Southampton, with the Saints coming back from 3-1 and grabbing a last-minute penalty to tie the game at St. Mary’s Stadium. Tottenham manager Antonio Conte was less than impressed by his charges’ displays and was public about it. This has generated negative coverage about the team, with rumors about an exit for the Italian tactician. Amid all this coverage, Tottenham are still fourth on the table and have a decent chance of qualifying for the Champions League next season, be it under Conte or another manager. Focus, though will be on Goodison Park and a revitalized Everton, with three points imperative for the North London side. [banner][/banner]

Bournemouth will have a huge fixture in the Premier League this weekend, as they look for a victory that will lift them out of the bottom three. Fulham are the visitors, as they bid to end a three-game winless run.

Premier League Preview

The next eleven games will determine whether Bournemouth will remain a Premier League side. The Cherries currently sit in the bottom three places in the standings, but they could move out of the relegation spots with a victory at home this weekend against Fulham. They are just one point away from safety, but victories have been in short supply throughout the season, as they have won a joint league-low of six.

No side in the Premier League has conceded more goals than Bournemouth this term, but there are reasons for optimism ahead of this weekend after they have won two of their previous five matches. However, the Cherries will need an immediate return to form after the international break, as they were easily beaten 3-0 by Aston Villa in their most recent league fixture.

Fulham’s season appears to have hit a bit of a flat spot in recent weeks, as the Cottagers have now dropped to ninth in the standings after going three without a win. They have also lost each of their previous two matches in the Premier League, with the most recent of those coming against Arsenal on March 12.

This will be Fulham’s first league match since then, as they were in FA Cup action before the international break. In that fixture, they were beaten 3-1 by Manchester United. However, the Cottagers will be without a number of stars for this trip to Bournemouth, as Aleksandr Mitrovic and Willian both saw red at Old Trafford.

Bournemouth vs Fulham Head to Head

The reverse fixture this season ended in a 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage. The two Premier League meetings in the 2018-19 season both ended in victories for the team playing away from home, which includes a 1-0 win for Fulham at Bournemouth. Both of the league meetings between the sides in the Championship last season ended in draws.

Bournemouth vs Fulham Prediction

This is a golden opportunity for Bournemouth to register a victory in the Premier League, given that Fulham will be without two of their key stars. It’s hard to see anything other than a home win on Saturday.
